PASTA AMATRICIANA
IGREDIENTS
500g bacon
1 packet penne pasta
1 brown onion
Clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
400g tinned tomatoes
1 cup red wine
METHOD
- Dice Bacon
- Dice onion
- Crush garlic
- Heat oil in a saucepan
- Add Bacon and saute for 5 mins
- Add onion and garlic and Cook till soft
- Add wine Cook for a minute
- Add tomatoes and let everything simmer for 10 minutes
- Minewhile Cook pasta al dente
- Serve and enjoy 😊
