INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp self raising flour

1 tbsp cacao

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 egg lightly bitten

3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp choc chip *optional

METHOD

* This recipe makes 2 mug cakes

Mix ingredients together till smooth

Place in a microwavable mug or ramekin

Microwave for 1 minute

Serve with cream or ice-cream
