CHICKEN ALL SORTS
IGREDIENTS
2 Chicken breasts
1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 cup green beans
1 clove garlic crushed
Olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs honey
2 tbs sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add chicken and cook till brown both sides
- Add garlic, tomatoes and beans and cook for 2mins
- Drizzle the balsamic and honey
- Stir scrapping the bottom of the pan
- Cook for 2 mins
- Set aside
- In a dry pan add sesame seeds
- Let them cook until brown and fragrant
- Serve and sprinkle sesame, salt and pepper to taste.
