Beef Miso Keto

SERVES : 2 | KETO

INGREDIENTS

 

300g Rump steak

1 cup of greens( beans, snow peas)

1 cup baby spinach

Miso paste

1litre boiling water

1 brown onion sliced

Spring onion chopped

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon ginger

1 birdseye chilli

1 packet slendier noodles (no carbs)

2 boiled eggs

METHOD

 

Pan fry steak medium rare and set aside

In a pan heat some olive oil and saute onion, garlic and ginger and add chilli when they soft as your eyes will burn and you will cough your lungs out

Add miso paste then add water

Let it simmer for about 3 minutes to infuse flavors

Add noodles

Add greens minus the baby spinach

Thinly slice the steak

Add baby spinach to bowls

Laddle the soup into bowls

Add beef and garnish with spring onions, chillies and egg.
