Mama’s special fried rice
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked cooled rice
2 raw Chorizo sliced/ diced
1 cup mixed diced veges
3 eggs
300g diced bacon
1/3 cup Soy sauce
METHOD
Scramble eggs and bset aside
Cook bacon and set aside
Use bacon fat in the pan and cook the chorizos for about 5 minutes add mixed veges
Add rice to the pan and combine everything
Cook on medium heat
Add eggs and soy sauce and cook for another 3 minute
Serve and enjoy
I find by getting the kids involved they love eating the meal without hustles because its something they cooked.
This is also so easy to have them help.
