2 ingredient dough rolls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup greek yoghurt
A little extra flour for dusting
METHOD
Preheat oven 160deg fan forced or 180 deg
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a bowl
Turn on to a flour dusted bowl and knead for about 5minutes
Line a oven proof baking tray
Once dough is to consistency of your liking break it into sizes of choice
Place on the baking tray
Place in the oven and bake for about 10mins
Remove from oven and serve
*Perfect for school lunches or snacking
*No eggs or peanuts
